Durch die Gemeindebürger von Wallsee-Sindelburg wurde traditioneller Weise der Maibaum an der Donaulände aufgestellt.
Diese Veranstaltung wird seit vielen Jahren bereits von 3 Wallseer Vereinen organisiert: Freiwillige Feuerwehr Wallsee, Männergesangsverein und Union.
Das Wetter hat es wieder gut gemeint und so konnten viele heimische aber auch fremde Gäste willkommen geheißen werden.
